Our professionally trained Irrigation Technicians are familiar with a wide spectrum of sprinkler systems. They are proficient in diagnosing and repairing an entire alphabet of repairs that may be needed on any given system, especially the following examples;

· Key benefits of regular maintenance include:

· Sprinkler Head Replacement: Broken sprinkler heads lead to "geysers" or bubbling water. Replacing a head typically involves digging a small hole (approx. 1 foot wide) to reach the riser without getting dirt into the line.

· Valve and Wiring Issues: If an entire zone fails to turn on or doesn’t shut off, the issue is often a faulty solenoid or a corroded electrical connection at the valve box. We recommend replacing the entire component, as this ensures that the brand new valve continues to operate that zone all season, rather than a “band-aid fix” that will eventually fail again require replacement.

· Leaky Backflow Preventers: In the KC area, some cities require backflow devices to be tested annually to ensure contaminated irrigation water doesn't siphon back into the city's clean drinking water supply.

· Underground Pipe Leaks: Saturated, soggy spots in your lawn or an unusually high water bill often indicate a burst or broken water line. Our technicians specialize in detecting these subtle leaks before they cause soil erosion.

Sprinkler repairs and maintenance appointments are scheduled based on technician availability and time needed for the specific repair. Occasionally, a technician may find other repairs needed once he starts digging. These unforeseen surprises will be discussed with you before they repair any new findings as they may increase the amount of time and materials needed for completion. Sometimes, a technician may need to schedule for more time if a repair is more extensive than originally expected.

Sprinkler repairs and maintenance are charged at $115.00 per man-hour for labor plus parts, materials, and taxes. Appointments are scheduled via our Sprinkler Scheduler.
