Lawn and Tree Applications

We are a full-service lawn care company. We offer lawn application programs, tree and shrub programs, mowing, edging, trimming—anything your lawn might need, we can do. We serve the entire Kansas City metro—from Olathe to Overland Park, Shawnee, Lenexa—state line doesn't matter.

Our lawn application program provides a year-round balanced fertilizer, broadleaf weed control, and a little crabgrass preventer where it matters. We don't dump, we calibrate; every yard gets what it needs, nothing more. If you've got grubs or chinch bugs sneaking around, we'll spot-treat instead of nuking the block. Simple. Effective. Green. Second round in spring: pre-emergent. Summer: Nitrogen pellets so the fescue stays dark without mowing twice a week. Fall: deep-root feed so it wakes up tough.

When do lawn treatments start in metro area?

We kick off the first round in early March as soon as soil temps hit 50 °F—usually right when the redbuds bloom.

How many applications do I need for a weed-free lawn?

Six rounds per year: early spring pre-emergent, four fertilizer/weed-control visits, and a late-fall root-builder. That keeps crabgrass, dandelions, and nutsedge gone.

Is your fertilizer safe for kids and pets?

Yes—by the next day, it's safe. We use slow-release granules and pet-friendly weed controls.

Will treatments hurt my tall fescue in the Kansas heat?

No. We switch to summer-safe formulas with iron and potassium so your fescue stays dark green without burning, even in July.

What if we get a ton of rain right after an application?

The rain will actually help the fertilizer work into the soil.
