Job Summary

A Mow Crew Leader is responsible for effectively managing all assigned mowing properties, both residential and commercial. This includes giving attention to details in customer notes and checking the quality of work of the Mow Crew. Ability to tactfully manage, motivate and take pride in your mow crews, bearing in mind that attitude is everything.

Must be able to correctly use all lawn equipment such as; commercial mowers, blowers and trimmers, without damage to the customer's property, turf or equipment. Cleaning equipment at the end of the day required.

Appropriate communication with our valued customers is important. Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.
