Technician -Irrigation Department

Job Summary

The Irrigation Technician installs, performs sprinkler start-ups, shut downs and troubleshoots/repairs a variety of different types of residential and commercial lawn sprinkler systems. Scope of work includes digging labor, copper work, water line connections, wiring, adjusting heads and controller programming.

Professional communication with customers and clear, tactful instructions for laborers is required . Must be able to pass a background check, have a valid driver's license and Job Experience Helpful.

Experience is preferred, in lawn care sprinkler systems repairs and installations. It is necessary that Irrigation Technicians be able to interact in a professional manner, be able to suggest upgrades to systems and be able to speak courteously to our valued customers.

Crew Leader - Irrigation Department

Job Summary

The Irrigation Installation Crew Leader manages the install crew of two or more laborers, which perform the work of installing underground sprinkler systems on residential and commercial properties. Scope of work includes trench digging labor, copper work, water line connections, wiring, setting heads and controller programming.

Experience in running a 2 or more man crew is preferred. It would be helpful that the crew leader have knowledge and experience in lawn care sprinkler system installations, as well as some plumbing experience.

This employee is required to have a Valid Driver's License and pass a background check.

Laborer - Irrigation Department

Job Summary

An Irrigation Installation Laborer performs the work of installing underground sprinkler systems at residential and commercial properties. The scope of work includes digging, using a pipe puller, setting heads and related work.

It would be helpful that this laborer have some knowledge and experience of underground sprinkler systems and/or plumbing.

This employee is required pass a background check.

Crew Leader - Extra Service Department

Job Summary

The Extra Service Crew Leader is responsible for running the crew at the designated job sites. Tasks include mulching, shrub trimming, tree pruning, gutter cleaning and more. Requirements include the ability to stand on a ladder at up to 15 feet high for long periods of time, as well as safe use of chainsaws, pole saws and other shrub trimming equipment. Job Experience Helpful

Crew Leaders must be able to communicate professionally with customers and clearly to the crew. Managing quality of workmanship for the crew is crucial. Must be able to pass a background check and have a current valid driver's license.

Laborer - Extra Service Department

Job Summary

Extra Service Laborers must be able to lift more than 50 pounds throughout the day and balance safely on a ladder up to 15 feet high. A strong back and physical strength is needed for hauling dirt, mulch or any other heavy materials with a wheel barrow.

The ability to follow instructions, take pride in the quality of your work and attendance is crucial.

Crew Leader - Landscape Department

Job Summary

A Landscape Crew Leader is responsible for effectively running and managing a designated landscape site. This includes safely using power equipment (such as bobcat, sod cutter, chainsaws, rock cutter) and installing plants, landscape lighting, hardscape materials (retaining walls, paving stones and ponds.) Must have the ability to read and understand landscape plans and manage quality of the workmanship for the Landscape Crew.

Experience is preferred, in lawn care sprinkler systems repairs and installations. It is necessary that Irrigation Technicians be able to interact in a professional manner, be able to suggest upgrades to systems and be able to speak courteously to our valued customers.

Laborer - Landscape Department

Job Summary

A Landscape Laborer must be able to lift over 50 pounds, frequently throughout the day. At times you may need to use a ladder over 15 feet high and have the aptitude to safely run equipment needed for various types of jobs.

The ability to follow instructions, take pride in the quality of your work and attendance is crucial.

Chemical Applicator - Application Department

Job Summary

The Chemical Applicator will apply fertilizers and pesticides to residential and/or commercial turf and shrubs. Communicating with customers on a daily basis with recommendations, sales and customer service is required

Professional communication with customers and clear, tactful instructions for laborers is required. Must be able to pass a background check, have a valid driver's license and Job Experience Helpful.

Kansas Certified 3A-2B applicators or individuals with lawn and landscape experience is helpful but not necessary, we will train. The individual must be have a valid driver's license and able to pass a background check.

Crew Leader - Mow Department

Job Summary

A Mow Crew Leader is responsible for effectively managing all assigned mowing properties, both residential and commercial. This includes giving attention to details in customer notes and checking the quality of work of the Mow Crew. Ability to tactfully manage, motivate and take pride in your mow crews, bearing in mind that attitude is everything.

Must be able to correctly use all lawn equipment such as; commercial mowers, blowers and trimmers, without damage to the customer's property, turf or equipment. Cleaning equipment at the end of the day required.

Appropriate communication with our valued customers is important. Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.

Laborer - Mow Department

Job Summary

A Mow Laborer must be able to correctly use all lawn equipment such as commercial mowers, blowers and trimmers, without damage to the customer's property, turf or equipment. Cleaning equipment at the end of the day required.

The ability to follow instructions, take pride in the quality of your work and work well as a team member is necessary. Honesty and attendance is crucial. Must be able to pass a background check and be 18 years of age or older.
